The International Association of Peacekeeping Training Centres (IAPTC) conducts its 26th Annual Conference at the Bangladesh Institute of Peace Support Operation Training (BIPSOT, close to the capital Dhaka) between 31 October and 4 November 2022.

The overall conference theme in 2022 is :

“Peace Operations in the Digital Era – Opportunities and Challenges
for the Global Training Community”


This conference will reunite the international organizations, training centers, institutions, non-government agencies and other stakeholders associated with the operations, training and education, research and development, capacity building, and cooperation in the field of peacekeeping and peacebuilding.

In keeping with the best practice and traditions of the global association, this year IAPTC Annual Conference will aim to provide a common platform to facilitate exchange of training materials, subject matter experts and participants in different training events. Police Day will also be organized jointly on 30 October 2022 by the Police Chair of IAPTC Executive Committee, the Police Division of UN Headquarters and Bangladesh Police.
