CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
BACKGROUND
The African Peace Support Trainers’ Association (APSTA) is an international organization with diplomatic status of which the Secretariat is based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. It was founded in 2001 as an institution with the mission of improving the capacity of peacekeeping training institutions. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
APSTA invites sealed tenders from interested, eligible, qualified and competent contractors possessing requisite skills, resources and experience for the construction of boarding facilities located at the EIFORCES in Awai. Interested contractors who must be registered with regulatory authorities’ in Cameroon should obtain tender documents detailing the requirements free of charge at the APSTA Secretariat offices located before the entrance of the Golf Club Bastos (from 9a.m to 4p.m)
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE PRE-QUALIFICATION PHASE
Completed application forms must be submitted in accordance with the requirements detailed in the prequalification application form no later than 22 November, 2025 at 1700hrs.

OBJET DE L’APPEL À MANIFESTATION D’INTÉRÊT
L’APSTA lance un appel d’offres sous pli cacheté auprès d’entrepreneurs intéressés, éligibles, qualifiés et compétents, possédant les compétences, les ressources et l’expérience requises, pour la construction d’installations d’hébergement au sein de la base militaire EIFORCES d’Awai. Les entrepreneurs intéressés, qui doivent être enregistrés auprès des autorités réglementaires camerounaises, peuvent se procurer gratuitement le dossier d’appel d’offres détaillant les exigences auprès du secrétariat de l’APSTA, situé en face de l’entrée du Golf Club Bastos (de 9h à 16h)
